Ian is licensed as a Certified General Appraiser in Washington State and has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia, specializing in Urban Land Economics.
Ian has been an Appraiser since 2004, with experience in all range of property types.
Ian is affiliated with the Appraisal Institute, International Right of Way Association, and Chamber of Commerce.
Yuli is the office administrator and is currently studying to be an appraiser trainee.
Current responsibility includes administering order intakes, planning and scheduling property site visits, taking required property photos during site visits, maintaining appraisal record keeping system and other office tasks.
